In the center, we have a gorgeous Natural Ceylon Sapphire. This Sapphire is a Round Cut, 2.75ct in weight, 8mm across, and is of excellent quality.

Surrounding are an additional 12 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds, 0.50ct total in weight, of G/VS2 quality.
