Frequently Asked Questions
All items (excluding custom designs/sizings) will ship next business day after the order is placed; orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, with Signature Confirmation. Delivery times vary from 1-3 days within the USA. For other countries delivery times vary based on customs, but are stated at 6-10 days. All items are fully tracked and insured. Alternative shipping methods, including USPS Express and FedEx, are also available as shipping upgrades. Please contact us for estimates and delivery times.
Gold Adore is a Full Service Jeweler, and offers Custom Sizing for all rings, as well as jewelry maintenance services. We charge $50 for Regular Gold Sizing (up or down 2 sizes), and $60 for Regular Platinum Sizing. If you would like a sizing you may either contact us prior to purchase, or just add one of our "sizing" listings to your cart along with the ring you are purchasing.
In the notes please include what size you would like. Most sizings just take a day or two. We also offer free appraisals with any purchase, please ask in the notes with any order. Most basic maintenance services are also offered free of charge (you just pay shipping!). Please contact us with any questions.
If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway please contact us for detailed instructions on how to return the piece. For a full refund, minus any shipping or sizing costs, items must be shipped back in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Payment Plan, Layaway Deposits, Partial Payments, Custom Work Deposits, and Custom Designed pieces are non-refundable and non-transferable. All such sales are final.
Please note that Gold Adore cannot be held responsible for sizing, stone setting and any repairs/damage executed after purchase by any jeweler not employed by Gold Adore.
