Crafted in 18K Yellow Gold, and topped in Silver, this gorgeous piece of jewelry features a beautiful Jet Cameo, surrounded by a leafy wreath and bow of diamonds! The cameo is incredible well carved, featuring a young lady in profile. The hair carving is particularly impressive. Surrounding are a total of 72 Single Cut Diamonds, totaling approximately 1.00ct, of I/SI1 quality. LOVE!

The frame of back of the cameo is engraved "100 750". The piece has been tested to be 18K Yellow Gold topped in Silver.
