Beautiful Vintage 9K Yellow Gold Diamond and Sapphire Cabochon Ring - 0.90ct.

I LOVE the Cabochon Cut, so I find this Beautiful Vintage Diamond and Sapphire Cabochon Ring just stunning. Crafted in 9K Yellow Gold, the ring has an East West design, with a Bezel Set Sapphire center, and Diamonds surrounding. In the center, the ring holds one Oval Cut Natural Cabochon Sapphire, approximately 0.60ct in weight, of fine quality. Surrounding, there are 6 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds, approximately 0.30ct total in weight, of H/SI1 quality. Gorgeous!!
