Well, this piece pretty much speaks for itself! Crescent moon motif, set with gorgeous medium blue sapphires and antique diamonds, circa 1860. Signed Tiffany & Co.

11 Cushion Cut Fine Unheated Sapphires, likely from Montana, totaling approximately 5.50cts.
6 Old Mine Cut Diamonds, totaling approximately 0.16ct, of I/VS2quality.

Measure 33mm x29mm.

Pin stem and catch are removable by a hinged screw. Removing the pin stem show to Tiffany & Co engraved stamp.
